Step One: Behavioral Awareness & Consultation
Foundation: Understanding Performance Under Pressure
Each participant begins with the TAIS (The Attentional and Interpersonal Style inventory), a 138-item psychometric tool that assesses attentional concentration, interpersonal communication preferences, and performance under pressure.
Deliverables:
Detailed TAIS Business Report for each participant
60-minute 1:1 debrief session with a certified consultant
Identification of key challenges and opportunities to guide team discussions
Collaborative review of team objectives and strategies with leadership
Pre-workshop action plan to maximize effectiveness
Step Two: Team Dynamics Workshop
This full-day interactive session brings the team together to analyze their collective strengths, communication styles, and performance preferences under pressure, ensuring alignment with the team’s objectives and strategies.

Three 35-minute deliberate practice scenarios with a professional Roleplayer Coach
Feedback and coaching on communication skills
Personalized skills assessment and progress tracking
Action Plan review to align individual growth with team goals
Targeted scenarios addressing actual team challenges and objectives
