Customization and User Control:

    • The reporting is fully customizable to the skills and objectives you want to measure. Aggregated analysis of hundreds of users, using reporting metrics of skill completion, skill strengths, areas for improvement, etc., are also customizable. Skills gaps can be identified on an individual and cohort level and skills progress can be tracked against business outcomes.

Technical Support and Maintenance:

    • We can provide you with an SLA depending on the scope of the contract. Availability of the systems is typically about 99.5% on a 24/7/365 basis and support staff are available via email to assist with issues during typical working hours that can also be augmented if needed depending on the contract.

    • No information about clients is collected or stored by us other than an email, which is used for authorization and access to the AI system. This email can be an alias, which makes it anonymous for all practical purposes. The AI system has zero data retention, and no request and response persists when using the AI. All queries are stored in memory to serve the request; therefore, no security and privacy issues exist. The communication with the AI model is handled via secure end-to-end encrypted protocols. Anonymous interaction data is stored in secure cloud-based containers and is accessible only via MFA by authorized personnel.

    • The only way to do this is through continuous monitoring and feedback - AI is in its infancy. No company can guarantee this, but we continuously monitor and correct it. We do our best in QA to ensure model outputs match expectations and comply with provided standards and frameworks. We can optionally include the ability for end-users to report anomalies or deviations in model output so we can make necessary corrections.

    • Scalable, secure, high performance, and high reliability for real-time AI experience and feedback. Ensuring privacy and seamless integration, be cost-effective, and have redundancy.

AI Model and Functionality:

    • While the AI does not learn from interactions due to (1) above, the model can be customized with instructions to alter its function at any time with human feedback. The recommended approach is to analyze the AI output periodically, analyze the user needs for learning, and adjust the AI model to remain current for the expected business outcomes.

    • We use proprietary open-source and closed-source AI models and algorithms including Large Language Models to deliver the end-to-end experience.

    • We use a combination of many models to achieve our functionality, including our proprietary models - the information in itself is proprietary, but we certainly use many of the models from providers including OpenAI, Azure, AWS, Google, and Meta.

    • Data is anonymized and stored only for the purposes of generating analytics and verifying the accuracy of the AI models to improve them. Optionally, this data can be destroyed immediately after the session after analytics generation is completed.

User Experience:

    • While we have not seen any impact on learner engagement, we are actively working on this issue. It will not be an issue with the skills drill model. Lag in response times may occur for a number of reasons, including client location and client internet bandwidth. Costs of the AI model used also directly impact the lag, as well as the human-likeness of the response, with faster response times and more human-sounding responses typically costing more on a per session basis. We can work with you to identify the right model to use depending on your preferences, but we have not seen any impacts to learner engagement or learner skills development when we set the right expectations ahead of time. Our goal is to provide large-scale training at a fraction of the costs of many other solutions and we believe we have found the right balance to do just this but are happy to provide advanced options as well.

    • No limits - the number of times you practice is based on your pricing model. We can offer pricing based on your needs.

Languages and Voices:

    • We currently have about 40 language options, so please let us know what you prefer and we will let you know if the language is NOT available.

    • We have fully designable and customizable digital characters including clothing options, that can be built for your use exclusively.

    • We have over 200 voices/accents available but also have the ability to fully customize a voice to sound like anyone via voice-cloning if needed.
